Ok, got my portfolio up with everything apart from last years work and this years work that isn't finished yet. I didn't stick with using my original logo of the piranhi because it didn't quite fit in with the feel, but I prefer this look anyway.

SlackMaster
I really am slacking with this blog, but its actually a good sign! I'm spending a lot of times on my current projects and I'm really enjoying doing them
My farm game is going a lot better then expected and I spent 17 hours on it yesterday!
Our group game is getting there as well. I've set up a blog, Basecamp and a skydrive for the group which should help indefinitely as we all live miles away from each other. We all have our roles set up and we set up group roles as well to keep the team heading in the same direction. I just hope everyone puts in an equal amount of effort and no body keeps the group behind.
Theory is pretty good at the moment as we have a new teacher, Jackie goodman, and she knows we hate theory. But the stuff and the way she teaches us is actually relevant, so I'm enjoying it..when I go.
Its almost summer, but I expect I'll be spending this summer indoors getting ready for my major project next year. I'm going to send my CV out again after we've done this project letting employees know I'm looking for a job next year, and with any luck I might get some work experience this summer!

New Semester
I haven't posted for a while, as I do with most of my blogs. I'm usually to wrapped up in work...or WoW, to be spending 10 minutes on here posting and then another 10 minutes spell checking through my uncomprehendable writings. Anywayyyy we've started 2 new major projects and I'm very pleased with the work we have to do with both of them. The first is a group project, and I'm liking the way its going now after last week's dodgy start. The second is a singular project, and its given me the opportunity to create the game I have wanted to since going to Bradford games festival last year.
The idea is a sim farm management type game, just like sim city....and even sim farm (but hey that's nearly 20 years old!). Its one of those idea's I keep thinking about from time to time and have built up a whole library of ideas and workarounds in my head. Hopefully it will be as good as I foresaw, but my drawing skills are crap and I haven't used flash in a while, so we'll see.
